Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro international airport.

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met and greeted by our English-speaking guide who will transfer you to the hotel for relaxation, overnight stay and dinner.

Day 2: Transfer to Ngorongoro via Mto wambu


After breakfast, you will checkout of the hotel and depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Ngorongoro Crater is the largest collapsed volcanic crater in the world and 14kms of isolated natural beauty. Ngorongoro Crater is surrounded by a number of extinct volcanoes and the floor, dotted with watering holes, shelters some 30,000 animals. The day full of adventure ends with a heavy dinner and a good night’s rest in your accommodation.

Day 3: Full day game drive

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, widely known as the “Eden of Africa.” The Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s biggest continuous crater, is unsurpassed in terms of wildlife concentration. Your driver will be in regular communication with other drivers to discover the greatest animal sightings, and with luck, you will be able to glimpse the big five inside the Crater. It’s always impossible to express the magnificence of this caldera, therefore a visit is well worth it.

The crater area is home to a variety of animals including great predators like as lions and leopards. Elephants, buffaloes, hippos, jackals, flamingos, zebras, and a variety of bird species are also found in the park. Lunch will be given at the picnic location, then in the late afternoon, we will return to the Crater rim and travel to your preferred lodge.

Day 4: Transfer to Kilimanjaro for your flight to Kigali

After breakfast, you will checkout of the lodge and transfer to the airport for your flight to Kigali. Upon arrival at Kigali international airport, our guide will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel in Kigali for relaxation and dinner.

Day 5: Kigali city tour and transfer to Volcanoes national park

Gorilla Trekking Rwanda At 7:00 am you will have breakfast and transfer to Kigali for the city tour. You will visit Ntarama church where you will learn more about the 1994 genocide memorial. From Nyamata church, crown the genocide history with a visit to Gisozi genocide memorial museum where you will learn more about the history of genocide memorial and how it went throughout the country. After lunch, you will visit the fire house which is the area where the plane that was carrying president Habyarima was brought down, that late sparked the famous 1994 Rwanda genocide. You will then visit the Belgium museum and learn more about Rwanda’s culture.  After the city tour, you will have lunch and then transfer to Volcanoes national park.

Day 6: Gorilla trekking and transfer back to Kigali

On this day, you will have a great time meeting with the mountain gorillas in Volcanoes national park! After a tasty breakfast, you guide will pick you from the lodge. You will head for briefing by ranger guides at 7:30 and at 8:30am with packed lunch. You will start the trek to hunt for the gorillas and after finding them you will spend with them a maximum of 1 hour. This walk can take 4-5 hours depending on where you meet the gorillas. The park is steep, it is a real hiking and being physically fit is recommended. After trekking, you will checkout of the lodge for the transfer to Kigali international airport for your flight back home.
