Day 1: Kigali to Volcanoes National Park
In the morning, you will be picked up by the driver guide from your Hotel in Kigali to begin the trip with a transfer to Volcanoes National Park. The Driver guide will make sure that you have everything you need for the trip. On arrival in Volcanoes National Park, you will transfer to the park headquarters for briefing and instructions about this amazing adventure.
You will then begin the hike accompanied by the professional guide and armed rangers, through the designated trails. The Hike offers beautiful views of different volcanoes, a variety of wildlife including monkeys, and different bird species. You will stop at the Camping Site for relaxation, Dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Descend Mt. Karisimbi
You will have breakfast as you enjoy the sunrise and beautiful setting of nature. Hike to the summit through thick jungles. On reaching the summit, you will have time to enjoy the breathtaking views, great opportunity for photography, and a great sense of accomplishment. After this beautiful moment, you will descent back to meet your driver guide to embark on your Journey back to Kigali. You will be dropped at your Hotel in Kigali or at Kigali International Airport.
